Mantrailing is a sport training dogs to find people by following their unique scent trail. All dog's have a natural ability to hunt and therefore Mantrailing provides them with an outlet to do this in a safe, controlled and constructive way.
We teach them how to harness their amazing sense of smell and turn it into a super fun activity to do together as a sport.
Suitable for all dog breeds and reactive dogs due to the set up of the session and activity.
Suitable for all humans regardless of ability.
Excellent activity for building confidence, focus and helping hyperactive dogs find a controlled outlet for their energy.

It's just Parkour for dogs. a fun way for you and your dog to learn new ways of interacting with your enviroment.
Barkour can be done during your daily walk to make it more interesting and stimulating for your dog.
It is suitable for almost every dog and owner as unlike agility it doesn't have to involve athletic moves or specialist equipment.
you can learn to do it for fun or work towards completing Dog Parkour UK levels of competency.

Open to anybody who has attended an introduction to Barkour with Afan Adventure dog or another Dog Parkour UK Instructor.
Each week takes place at a different venue to give participants a chance to practice and perfect their Parkour Skills in different environments.
we will also be learning new Parkour moves and tricks during the sessions.
you can learn to do it for fun or work towards completing Dog Parkour UK levels of competency.

Canine First Aid

This qualification covers skills and knowledge to help you manage situations where a dog requires emergency action.
Topics include:
- Know your dog, weekly health checks,
- Managing an incident,
- Checking and understanding vital signs,
- Dealing with unconsciousness,
- CPR,
- Drowning,
- Choking,
- Bleeding, injuries,
- Shock
- Restraints, carrying and moving techniques and
- Dealing with an aggressive/confused dog.
This course is delivered through hands on practical experience not death by power point.
This short qualification is regulated by OFQUAL / SQA Accreditation
